Velcro Touch Radio Network has been providing quality independent music programming in the jazz, funk, soul, R&B, rock, pop, electronic, new age and ambient genres for over 6 years. We feature new music blocks, late night album features, artist interviews and have thousands of tracks in our music library. Our first show aired on 4/22/2003, and has grown from a weekly 2 hour installment to our current 6 hour format. We originally broadcasted on the now defunct Ampcast.com website and have since established our own presence on the web.

What We Are: A nonprofit radio show dedicated to the best independent music on the Internet, with our own internet radio feed and program management. Our broadcasts are FREE of charge. We are open to any and all independent artist submissions.

What We Are NOT: We are not a commercially operated radio station, and do not require sponsors.  We do not openly ask for donations from the general public however, if you feel so compelled to donate to the operating costs of VTRN, you may contact us at your own leisure.  We also are not a full fledged internet radio site, although we do simulcast to such entities during airtime.  We also DO NOT play commercial music.
